The Polar Proof Wash by Nikwax is designed exclusively for waterproofing fleece, wool, fibre pile and synthetic fabrics including ski wear. The idea behind the Polar Proof is to fill in the open gaps between the weaves of the fibers allowing for a breathable garment while providing a more water resistant surface.
