I love the Nathan handhelds. They are really well thought out and you can tell that "real" runners tested these and gave input.
The hand strap is really versatile and comfortable on long runs. You don't have to "hold" the bottle which causes fatigue in your shoulders. The zippered puch is a curved zipper which makes getting Gels out of it, really easy. Great little mesh pouch for trash or salt tablets is key. Love it!
