The MSR Fuel Bottles are constructed to be used with the threaded pumps on any of your MSR stoves. These bottles are made to be air-tight so that the fuel inside can be stored as long as you need. This is highly important when in the back country, because if air leaks into the bottle, it can degrade your fuel.
These bottles can take a beating too, being made from impact-extruded aluminum you can prevent those detrimental leaks or cracks that can prove to be disastrous.

When I want a fire I tend to already be in a lazy mood so having a little petrol to get things burning is great. The can is so light and I have never had a leak after 5 years of daily use. I wouldn't trade this baby for anything.
