Comments about Mountain House Lasagna with Meat Sauce:

I was quite impressed with the flavor of this lasagna w/ meat sauce. The cheese in it is quite good and the noodles actually cooked to appropriate tenderness w/o becoming mush. I am a Chef-boy-ar...'you know who' ravioli fan, and this was right along those lines. I'm not a huge eater and the 2 serving size was a few bites too much as a supper in the BWCA - just about right. I put 'dishes' as a con because the cheese crusted onto my titanium spork pretty solid where I may have really had problems scrubbing it off in camp if I had let it sit too long after the meal.
