The Twin Arch 2 Tent by Mountain Hardwear is a spacious 2 person tent that offers a free standing shelter that is easy to set up even late night with color coded poles and grommet tabs. The Twin Arch has a crosshub pole structure that increases usable space, creates a very stable pole structure and is easy to set up. This tent is great for camping, weekend backpack trips and anytime you are on the road.

- Guaranteed watertight construction with fully taped fly, taped perimeter seam, welded corners and welded guy clip anchors. Rain room tested with 1200" of rain in 24 hours.
- 7001 PF pole system is strong, lightweight, durable, resistant to corrosion and dents, and easy to service by hand in the field
- Crosshub pole structure increases usable space, creates a very stable pole structure and is easy to set up
- Pitch Light™ configuration allows user to set up a superlight shelter using only the tent fly, poles and footprint (sold separately)
- 2 dry entry vestibules

- SVX window for a brighter interior and visibility of exterior conditions

I used it on a week-long trip in Yellowstone's backcountry. I was impressed with how small it folds up. I like the overall design. It's obviously small, but that's what I was going for. I wanted it light-weight and packed small. I recommend you set it up once to practice - the cross-pole design was new to me.
A little soap-box comment: people who complain about backpacking tents being small need to reevaluate what they're looking for. Also, people should never complain about the size because you can research the dimensions and interior space before you buy anything...

Easy set up, waterproof, able to sit up and read - lots of height inside - sleeping could get snug with two labradors joining you. Definitely a minimalist/backpacking tent for 2.
