The Habitat 5 Tent by Mountain Hardwear is an incredibly spacious, three season tent that is designed for multi-sport athletes who carry tons of gear.  So MHW made the Habitat 5 just for you A.D.D. athletes! A nice side storage/vestibule area gives you plenty of space for your extra gear, boots and stinky clothing, while the tall interior height offers just enough space to stand up so you can change your clothes without wriggling on the floor.

Ventilation is nice with its spattering of mesh that allows for flow through venting and way easy to set up even at the darkest of night with color coded poles and grommet tabs.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Habitat 5 Tent (5 Person):

I bought this for a family tent and it fits the bill. The extra nooks provide great extra stash areas and leaves the main floor space for sleeping bags.

We've slept a family of five several times.

We slept in our backyard for the first three nights and it rained every night. Absolutely no water in the tent.

The tent is well built and seems to be of high quality.

    My only complaints are:
    - Because of it's height, it can blow around a bit without the fly on.
    - The clip at the very top that connects the tent to the three poles isn't big enough to get over all three poles without a lot of work. I curse it everytime I put up the tent. I've tried to only connect 2 of the poles, but it doesn't seem stable.
    - There's not a lot of breeze with the fly on. I wish they would have left the doors completely mesh.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Habitat 5 Tent (5 Person):

First of all I was impressed of the quality of the solid aluminum hardware, the well done seams, and the easy assembly. Inside the tent is a comfortable wide space easy ti stay upright, move around, and to dress. But what impressed me definitely was to stay out a night in tropical all night rain/thunderstorm on a sloppy terrain with water flowing around and below the tent and wake up with not even a drop of water inside! This tent hold it's promise..
