The EV2 Tent by Mountain Hardwear is designed by the highly acclaimed mountaineer Ed Visteurs. The EV2 was designed with his input to build a compact, light, strong, two person tent. This is a tent constructed primarily for the rigors of high altitude expeditions with its trim design that fits on ledges and its easy clip set-up can withstand high wind pitches with no problem.

Made with VX02 fabric, a lightweight, strong, non stretch laminate that stabilizes and strengthens when put up and the Atlas Scandium XL poles add incredible stability while still shaving weight. Frost management is maintained with its interior zip and built in ventilation while the integrated vestibule provides excellent protection from harsh elements.

This is a single walled tent which means the rainfly and tent body are one and the same.
