Montrail's Torre GTX hiking and light backpacking boot is stout and chock-full of features. Gore-Tex-lined leather construction is supportive and keeps feet thankfully dry. The combination of aggressive outsole, leather construction and Gore-Tex waterproofness gives you one boot you can use from early Spring through late Fall.

The Torre GTX, although well suited for day hiking, provide the structure and support needed for longer term ventures when you're bearing a pack. The full-length Nylon lasting board provides medium flexibility that adds to the boots load bearing capabilities and reduces fatigue. A roomy toe box leaves toes free to wiggle and positive heel lock reduces friction due to slippage. Designed for day hikes and short, trail-bound backpacking trips where intimacy with the elements is expected.
