being a larger runner, i need a more padded midsole. having a 10mm drop, it works great! however, it does have a minimal feel to it. very responsive on all types of trails. definately for lower volume feet. i love these shoes! just purchased my second pair! being hypercritical, i do wish the tongue wouldnt move as much during my runs. otherwise, great shoe!
