These mittens are super warm! I used to wear linings and hand warmers with my north face mittens and still be freezing. I don't wear liners or hand warmers with these. They do not have finger separators which a lot of mittens have these days...so your fingers are together and warm.

I bought a XS and they are tight. But I got use to them and my hands stay so warm and comfortable throughtout a whole day of skiing. Very happy when I am comfortable.
