Comments about Marmot Speed Light Jacket (Men's):

Nice lightweight jacket. Not the lightest out there, but for this quality (triple layer Gore-Tex) probably so. I don't own any less expensive Gore Tex shells to compare to definitively justify the cost- I'm sure it has to do with the Marmot brand, which I trust. Have used it for a few runs, just going out, and enjoyed the feel and kept me dry while allowing my skin to breathe. I plan on stashing it on day hikes and backcountry trips when it might rain more than a drizzle. Will update this if any new developments.
