Finally even had a chance for a short mountain hike with a pack. Don't know if they exceed my expectations, as I have come to expect a lot from Marmot, but they so far meet any expectation I might have had. Any kind of walking, hiking, or trekking that requires a long pant - these Scree pants are AWESOME. Maybe I'm still a little new to such high-performance outerwear, but I do so look forward to many, many more opportunities to enjoy these. Comfort is at highest level.
