Comments about Marmot Randonnee Mitt (Men's):
I suffer from cold fingers. After trying several others, including another Marmot glove, this mitt finally does the job. Good for cold, wet, winter backpacking when using treking poles. Well designed, except the large is very long in the fingers but fits perfectly across the hand width. Typical Marmot quality and attention to detail.

Comments about Marmot Randonnee Mitt (Men's):
I've tried many gloves during the last few years. As long as it wasn't below 30, I could survive; otherwise, the numb tingly finger syndrome would set in and I'd be useless on the trail and for a few hours afterwards.
Enter the Randonnee!
I was originally looking for a minimal mitten, but I hit the jackpot with these. There's a GTX outer for wind/ waterproofing, and a cozy Primaloft inner to keep the digits happy. While they may seem like overkill for trail running, they have kept me moving happily when wind chills dipped well below 0F. Sure, I've had to take them off briefly for use of my fingers, but they warm you up quick.
If you tend to "run hot", these may be too much for you, but if you need that extra bit of protection, definitely pick some up!

Comments about Marmot Randonnee Mitt (Men's):
I switched over to mittons from gloves and and am very pleased. My hands were dry and warm. I ordered the large and I probably could have gotten away with a medium, but they work fine.
