Comments about Marmot Limestone 6P Tent:
We purchased this tent to begin life camping as a family (we have an 11-month old). This tent, with 4 poles, is a breeze to set up (keep in mind the 11 month old). I especially appreciated the full sleeve across the top of the tent (our previous tent had 4 mini-sleeves, which made it a bit of a hassle to "thread" the poles in the appropriate spot some times). The fly was a snap to attach - once again the people at Marmot have done the thinking for you and use buckles, making the process easy.
The first 2 days of use we had plenty of rain. Since we hadn't brought enough tarps we us, the tent had to weather the storm. It came through with flying colours. Not only was it spacious enough to keep all of us relatively content, it kept us dry.
We will definitely be happy to use this tent car camping for years (we might try a short backcountry trip with it as well - but it is a fairly hefty weight). Nothing to complain about.
