I mostly use this product while skiing at resorts and wiping snow off my car. It is crazy waterproof and keeps your hands super warm. It also does surprisingly well in a range of temperatures, above freezing down temps near 0 degrees F. It would be nice if it had a goggle wiper on it, otherwise it's the perfect glove.
I dont use it back country much because my hands get warm so I just bring a lighter glove and a waterproof shell, it would be great for a cold trip or someone with bad circulation.
