The Lowe Alpine AirZone Centro 27 Backpack is a great pack for long day hikes or ultralight overnights.  With 27 liters of space you can get all you need for a couple days out while giving you plenty of comfort and storage.  The Centro 27 is made with the AirZone back system that minimizes the contact areas for maximum breathability, which in turn keeps you from getting dehydrated and tired during the hike. 

The Torso Fit Centro system provides a backpack with easy adjustment with its centrally adjusted buckle that doesn't slip.  The system depends on color blocks that when seen through the opening of the buckle, can be adjusted securely.
