The La Sportiva Katana Rock Shoe gives you precision and power with a snug fit for mega high performance. The Katanas hold your toes in a supportive Power Position, but they are not allowed to curl as much, which alleviates pain. The Katana hugs the entire foot securely but comfortably.
The Katana climbing shoe has two snug VELCRO® brand closures that allow easy access and a very secure fit for all sorts of climbing. The Katana is slip lasted for precision and sensitivity and lined in the back for comfort and to reduce stretch.

If your normal shoes is 43 (Brazil), I definitely recommend the size 41.1/2
On the beggining feels too tight, but after 2 times climbing, it´s perfect!

I own two pairs of this shoe and I have used it mainly for bouldering but I have also done multi pitch climbing, sport and gym climbing. It is a good shoe for edging and also has good sensitivity when you are doing slab climbing. Not my choice if I am doing long crack climbs as it is not stiff enough to protect my foot.

This is hands down one of my favorite shoes. I know that technology and fit for Five Ten and Sportiva have improved over the years, but I always seem to go back to these. To me, they are the perfect all round shoe.
