The Kokatat Blast double-skirted paddling jacket is designed to keep water out of your boat's cockpit when you roll or end up in rough water. The inner skirt on the jacket tucks inside the deck skirt on your boat, the outer skirt on the jacket goes over the outside of the deck skirt of your boat. This is what keeps water out of the boat when you roll.
