Comments about Kelty Gunnison 2.1 Tent:
I reviewed many more expensive tents with high tech materials and high tech prices. Several reviewers kept comparing the expensive tents back to the Gunnison, ie, this XYZ tent is good, but they should have kept the same easy pole arrangement as the Kelty Gunnison 2.1. After seeing this two or three times on different retail sites, and after seeing the comparitive prices and weights, I just bought the Gunnison. I've only used it once but it performed great. I was camped on a windy spit of sand with no protection. I expect it will have a place under my kayak deck for many years.

Comments about Kelty Gunnison 2.1 Tent:
I've only used this a couple of times so far. Once for car camping and once for backpacking. I use it for myself and two lab mixes (58 & 65 lbs each) and we all fit comfortably. It hasn't leaked in the dewey mornings and it stood up fine and was easy to put up with the winds blowing off Lake Michigan. Looking forward to getting out and using it more.
