I used to have extreme trouble with back and sciatic nerve pain while paddling my Dagger Crossfire, but the pain has been signficantly reduced since I started using Sweet Cheeks. I thought that I was going to have to buy another boat, but I think that using a combination of the Sweet Cheeks device and a back band will allow me to continue on in this boat. The installation instructions were confusing, but I called Jackson and talked to an extremely nice guy who led me through the very simple installation process (he finds the instructions confusing, too!).
