The men's Immersion Research Rival is a high performance paddling jacket made with proprietary 3-layer WhiteOut™ waterproof breathable technology bonded to a 70 denier nylon shell.The neck and biceps cuffs are snug but comfortable neoprene gaskets*, offering great performance without latex irritation. This is the perfect garment for shoulder-season paddling and serious playboating. The jacket also features an adjustable neoprene waistband and a fabric inner tunnel. All seams are sealed. *Note that neoprene is NOT as dry as latex, and as a result, this jacket cannot be called a dry top
