With the tablets the best way is to put half a tablet at a time in the back of your mouth next to your gums like a dip and suck on it. Personally, I prefer the powder and I make a paste out of it using some water. I then use a GOTOOB that you can also purchase at Rock Creek and I throw that in the pocket of my Nathan or Camelbak water bottle with the top sticking up so its easy to squirt in my mouth.

On long training days, hard backpacking trips, and summit days this stuff is like cheating. Tastes awful, but with the results you get I can easily get around that.
