I have also learned you have got to eat and drink on the run. My first long run this year with Matt Davis, I had no water bottle or gels. I have also learned if you and your running partner want to run the Upchuck course with one car at one end and the other car at the other end, don’t forget to bring your keys on the run. Sorry, Matt. It was the first time we both hitchhiked in a semi-truck.
Proudest running accomplishments:
I have had many proud accomplishments in running and there are many to come. My proudest running accomplishment is that I’m still running. I have not given up on the gifts God has given me.
