Biography:
Born in the late 70’s, ran cross country at an ivy-league caliber university in the southeast, grew a beard, mastered the art of consuming near toxic quantities of coffee on a daily basis, started racing triathlons to overcome a fear of spandex, trimmed the beard into a mustache.

Ran the full Rock Creek race series with the exception of UpChuck — overall points winner for the 2012 series!

Proudest running accomplishments:
Coming back from numerous injuries to run consistently enough to complete the 2006 Rock/Creek StumpJump 50k; finishing the 2011 Lookout Mountain 50-miler after mentally and physically bottoming out in that race.

Planned races for 2013:
Thinking of doing some more out of town races this year.
