I've been climbing with these shoes on and off for about a year now --lately I've been going to the gym about 2-3 times per week. They have held up well. The leather has stretched a bit, though not enough for me to need to get a new pair. They feel true to size--I wear a nine and they are just tight enough, but not painfully so. The rubber is great. They haven't gotten the dreaded climbing shoe stink.
They aren't a very aggressive shoe, but they make a great all-around shoe for beginners. For the price, they are a great value!

I have a narrow heel and a long first toe and these shoes fit perfectly. The heel is snug without causing blisters and the toe box is angled just right. The extra padding in the tongue also helps cut down any pressure from the laces.
