This was pretty good as a lunch in the BWCA this year, as prepared in the packaging. Adding the included parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes made it better. The mushrooms and celery were flavorful additions. The pasta held up good to the cooking (I've had some that turn to mush) as well. The 1 serving size was about right for me for a solid lunch meal.
