The DoubleNest Hammock by Eagle's Nest Outfitters is a fully durable, water resistant hammock that can fit, two, three up to four people, or however you decide to pack 400lbs. A great car camping essential, as it packs down to a grapefruit size giving you the ability to take it anywhere and set it up in almost any setting.
These parachute hammocks are constructed of breathable nylon micro fiber for strength and wear resistance, they come completely rigged with high quality locking gate carabineer and strength tested nautical grade line. All ENO hammocks are made from semi-porous, breathable, micro-fibre nylon--rated at 400 lbs and carries a two-year warranty. We suggest never leaving home without it.

This hammock is GREAT! I tried a couple other less expensive versions, but they had cords that got tangled and held half the weight. It's so nice to have the Slap Strap's and be able to pull the hammock out of it's on stuff sack, clip in and relax! You can't go wrong with it; On the trail, at the beach, in your back yard, or even from roof rack to roof rack while car camping. If you have some Slap Straps & this hammock, you have it made!

Comfortable and highly recommend for backyard type of camping. I wouldn't use it for any serious back packing as the hammock with all its necessary components (slap straps, tarp, bugnet) aren't the most seamless hammock sleeping system and can be bulky/heavy compared to others.
I love using it on my front porch or stretched between two trees in my backyard :)

I'm a pretty lightweight backpacker, but I am also concerned with comfort. So while I don't obsess over having every item ultralight, I do obsess over limiting the items I take into the backcountry. My hammock makes the cut. My ENO hammock goes with me backpacking, as well as to school, overseas, and just in the backyard. It is super easy to set-up, and you can lighten it's weight by switching out the heavy carabiners that come with it with some lighter climbing biners from metolius. I love the simplicity of the slap straps. I have the entire system, and really appreciate the guardian bug net during the buggy summer months or when I'm by a water source. This is one of those things I just can't imagine living without, a part of my daily life during the warm weather season. And a great way to meet people; hang up an ENO hammock, and people get curious. :) I would definitely recommend the double nest; the extra room allows a friend to sit and swing with me, and material to wrap around myself at night. If you don't have one yet, go buy one NOW. You won't regret it. :)

I LOVE IT!! One of the best purchases I made over the holidays. It's perfect for camping trips with friends or just putting it up on my college campus for studying. You don't need to be a camping genius or anything to be able to set it up. The colors say teal/khaki but the khaki is more like a brown which i like even better so I have no complaints!

I use the the hammack when camping, climbing, etc. It is handy because it fits easily in my bag or clipped onto my side. It takes 2-3 minutes of set up which makes it extremely conducive to my lifestyle.

This hammock is super comfortable and fairly easy to set up. However, after backpacking with it for a few days, I would probably consider something else for a true hamoock/backpacking experience. The entire system (hammock, tarp, bug net) takes entirely too long to set up compared to other hammock systems.
Also, with all the necessary components, it weighs almost as much as my 2 man tent.
That being said, I love it for just hangin out in for a few hours outside in my yard, the beach, or even car camping. If you're not a serious back packer and concerned with weight, this is a great hammock to invest in.

What a great hammock! I use my ENO Doublenest Hammock year round to lay back and relax as well as take on solo backpacking trips. It's lightweight and a breeze to set up with the easy to use ENO Slap Straps.
