After reading the reviews and seeing people rating this four and five stars I decided to buy the speakers. When I got the speakers I was very disappointed. The sound is very distorted. The built in speaker in by ipod touch is louder than these speakers and sounds better. I plan on returning the speakers.

I got these for a beach trip and am impressed with the convenience and sound quality for the price. The clip on the end makes it easy to keep the speakers elevated on an umbrella rung or strap, and I like the way the case closes around my ipod, keeping it a bit more protected. I'm sure I'll get a lot more use from these speakers in the future too!

Great speakers for the $. Very loud and the zipper closure keeps your device safe from debris and acts like a shock proof case. There are a lot of speakers on the market but these are basic and work better than expected.

These speakers are great! They sound awesome at low volume, but can be cranked up & not distort when turned to 11. By using AA batteries, you don't run down your iPod or MP3 player battery, so that's a huge plus. There is also a mesh pouch you can put your iPod in then zip the unit up. With the clip, you can turn your music on, set the volume, zip it up & attach to your pack or just set out. Compared to other speakers that run off the power of your music player, these ENO HiFi's blow them away! By far the best set of speakers to carry with you if you want music without earphones!
