Comments about Eagles Nest Outfitters Dry Fly Rain Tarp:
I bought this after getting Rained on during a backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail, a camper near me was using one, and he slep warm and happy. I used this on my last backpacking trip on the AT, and it is easy to set up. Though it didn not rain the night I used it, we did have a lot of wind. The Rain Fly handled the strong wind just fine. The only difficult part is repacking it in the small sack. Its takes some practice to get it back in.

Comments about Eagles Nest Outfitters Dry Fly Rain Tarp:
The first thing that impressed me about this tarp is the ease of set-up. You can tighten and loosen the lines from the tarp itself, which makes it super easy. Do keep in mind that it does not come with stakes, but I just use my tent stakes, and no worries. So far, pretty happy with my tarp, and ENO has never disappointed.

Comments about Eagles Nest Outfitters Dry Fly Rain Tarp:
This tarp will definitely keep the rain off of you, and is very secure... I would hope so with 8 connection points! I think it is a bit bulky/heavy for any serious backpacking. An overnight night trip is ok, but to tie and untie each of those cords day after day... too much of a pain for me.
I won't use this for backpacking anymore, but will definitely use it for car camping. Good quality stuff.
