Comments about Deuter Packs Trans Alpine 26 SL Backpack (Women's):

Well it was actually the first proper day pack I got, as a present by my family. The Deuter Trans Alpine 26 SL is perfect for daytrips. This backpack I use for many activities and it never disappointed me. More over it surprises me, I took me a few month to discover the integrated seating pad. Just remove the torso padding and sit everywhere comfortable during lunch breaks.
I love, that the main pocket can be divided in two, often I use the bottom one for changing clothes or shoes and the upper one for snacks and tools.
After I was so satisfied with my day pack, my parents and two sisters got the 30 liter version, nobody was disappointed. The Deuter Trans Alpine 30 is perfect for a couple hiking and only one backpack for both.

Comments about Trans Alpine 26 SL Backpack (Women's):

I am a daily bike commuter. I switched from saddle bags to a backpack and I could not be happier with this choice. At 5'0'' I needed a pack that could be adjusted to fit a smaller frame yet still hold my work clothes, lunch, yoga mat, running gear etc. I have also used this as a day pack when traveling and it is quite comfortable, sits well on the hips, and it is easy to distribute the weight.

The only thing I would change about the back is the ability to cinch the pack into a smaller space if i am not using all the volume. Otherwise this is a great pack.
