- How it works: Simple and secure pannier attachment with durable plastic coated metal hooks and lower tensioning hook. To mount Loosen the stretchy lower hook strap, place pannier hooks on to the rack’s mount bars, place lower hook under lowest point of rack, and adjust strap tension to suit riding conditions. For further security, the panniers can be joined together with the extra strap.
