We work closely with many of the premier outdoor companies, and only offer products that are built to last and that have an extensive manufacturer's warranty. We can take care of any repair or warranty issue that you may have. Simply clean the item first, then send it to us with a detailed note pertaining to what the problem is and what action you would like performed along with your personal information.
