I looked all over my home city with no success for the specific color and size of a zip up Arctyrx Covert Cardigan. I finally gave up and went online where I found your website. I placed my order Christmas morning, December 25th. With the holidays, I didn't reasonably expect to recieve it until early January. I was shocked when the UPS truck came to my house on the afternoon of December 27th, two days later! I'm am still amazed that you guys were able to have it to me in within 48 hours after placing my order, on Christmas Day for that matter.
On top of all that, everything else about the website and store was fantastic. The ordering system was very easy and user friendly. You had the jacket on sale. You offerered free shipping. You emailed me when the order was recieved and processed. You even provided the UPS tracking number online.

I purchased trekking poles for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves them!! He's 65 years old and is more fit than most 40 year olds! He walks 4-8 miles daily and really likes the workout he's getting with the Makalu poles. He said the poles knocked about 10 minutes off of his short route and truly gives him the full-body workout he was looking for. I am not sure whom this will reach, but ...I wanted to extend my sincerest thanks for the patience shown by Chris as I've gone through shipment after shipment and the corresponding returns, until I "found" the right boot (KAYLAND Contact 2500 size 10.5 mens). Your help and advise went a long way in soothing my fears about not getting the right boot and having to track around the back-country with a pair of ill-fitting boots. I intend to continue to shop at RCO based solely on the GREAT customer service provided by Chris.

Just wanted to let you know the free shipping and lack of sales tax for rock creek puts you way ahead of REI and some other retailers.
I recommend that you use this in marketing of gift cards. I had gotten a darn gift card for REI this year and spent $30 out of pocket for shipping and tax. It turned out to be the most expensive backpack I think I will ever buy in my lifetime.
