Position: Order Fulfillment
Part to Full Time, Hourly

Rock Creek Outfitters is looking for a talented person to join our order fulfillment team at our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. Are you a gear junkie? Just imagine a casual work environment where you are surrounded by outdoor gear every day. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 - pulling products
 - packing orders
 - carefully and correctly shipping packages
 - processing returns
 - interacting with our stores and other internal departments
 - helping out in other departments as needed, including answering calls in our customer service department

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

 - highly motivated
 - detail-oriented
 - able handle high pressure situations
 - knowledge of outdoor gear is preferred

The dress code for this position is “flip flop casual,” but candidates should expect an extremely fast paced and sometimes hectic work environment. Hours are somewhat flexible. Candidates should be available to work weekends if needed. This position has large potential for growth within our rapidly expanding eCommerce team.
