I absolutely love this pair of Chacos! My previous pair lasted 9 years and were finally rendered irreparable due to an epic hike near Big Sur, CA. At least they went out with a bang! I loved them but since it's getting close to winter I didn't want to buy a new pair right away...my resolve lasted a week. When I found this pair I was SO excited! I have yet to wear my new pair for a hike, but I have no doubt they'll stand up to punishment when I do get out there. I wear them to work, walking the dog, etc. The arch support is great, they're definitely durable, and I love their weight. I honestly can't think of anything bad about these sandals, except that if you aren't used to Chacos they do take a little getting used to...you don't break them in, they break you in. These are my favorite sandals and I look forward to spending the next 9+ years with them.

The shoes came from the box perfectly adjusted to my feet. They are tightening a bit around my toes, but are very easy to readjust. This is my second pair of Chacos. After a little beach wear, my first pair settled into their adjustment. So, I'm sure these will, too.
I wear a regular 9 1/2 in a woman's Asics running shoe. I have bunions and the Chacos medium is too narrow. Since they don't come in half sizes, I tried on both the 9W and 10W at a local retail store. The 9W was perfect.
I love these shoes.

The shoes are great and I got them on sale which is even better! This makes my 4th pair of Chaco's. The only negative I can think of is they tend to get a little smelly. I have found that spray oxy cleaner & a scrub brush & some sunshine helps keeps the shoes clean and fresh.

Took awhile to break these sandals in, the bottom of my feet were sore for a day or two because the bottom of the shoes is not smooth.
Shoe stays in place and does not slip off easily which is great when chasing around kids.
