Comments about CamelBak Podium Bottle (21oz) - 2008:
This is an excellent alternative to a traditional sport-top bottle. The valve locks securely, and when unlocked, it opens with a reasonable amount of pressure. It looks easier to clean than the traditional sport valve. The only minor issues I have with it are that it makes some strange noises when not in use (thanks to the pressure equalizing through the valve) and sometimes, if you squeeze it too hard, the bottle flexes enough to let a little bit of liquid come out at the joint with the lid. Overall, though, I like it -- enough that I have two of them.
