The bite-valve is a little tricky to teach a toddler to use, but all in all the bottle is a great product and comes in many cute designs. Wish you could get a neoprene bottle sleeve in this size to aid in keeping beverages cold. Used mostly when walking. Fits nicely in cup holder on stroller. Would recommend for slightly older children. Daughter currently uses Nalgene sippy style bottle due to difficulty with bite-valve.

My two and a half year old son uses his bottle ALL the time. It's especially convenient when he has a cough or just wants a drink at night. I send it to bed with him to set by his bed in case he needs a drink of water. It's spill proof and he can take a drink easily. It also goes to preschool with him every day. He loves the fun design too.

My 2 1/2 yr old daughter LOVES her new water bottles. She picks out which one she will use based on the design (butterflies, mermaids, etc) and when she drinks from them she says 'just like mommies water bottles'....so far, no leaking, no dents (from being dropped on the floor, etc), easy to clean, good size for her little hands...only complaint is that they do not fit in her car seat cup holder...
