I am a 6 foot tall Man and I have no problems using this pack. It is comfortable and very small even though it holds alot of water. Pockets hold thing for my bike or a wallet very well. I would recomend this to anyone.

This pack is really comfortable. I actually got it for short hikes and cross country skiing but I will use it for cycling too. It's very adjustable over winter or summer clothing. It's well ventilated so my back stays cool. Great insulation keeps the water cool too. I only wish the storage pouches were a bit larger. A great choice for someone who wants to travel fast and light and not be thrown off balance.
