The Glycerin 7 Running Shoe by Brooks is a neutral shoe that offers incredible amounts of cushioning for a glorious ride on the asphalt. The Glycerin 7 shoe has two layers of BioMoGo stacked in the heel and shock-dampening e-1 material sandwiched between. This running shoe has tons of support already, and then add to that another layer of BioMoGo in the forefoot for extra softness and resilience, you get a high-end neutral shoe that takes home the plush prize.

The e-1 midsole/outsole compound works in conjunction with HydroFlow and MoGo to progressively dampen the forces of energy that occur during the contact phase, keeping you more energized as you run longer. The Element upper features a superior microfiber construction to provide weather protection in a light, supple, quiet fabric that doesn't sacrifice breathability, durability or comfort.
