Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Women's):
I bought this shoe at Rock Creek in Chattanooga last October, and this shoe is fantastic. I run about 30+ miles/week, run on road and trail, and only now am going to purchase another pair. They still look like new--no shoe has lasted me this long. I ran a fairly hilly marathon last month, and I found the traction a real plus when going fast downhill. Comfort on long runs is unmatched.

Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Women's):
The Cascadia is an awesome trail running shoe. I had a bad experience with a pair of Brooks nearly 10 years ago so I had avoided them for a long time, but a friend convinced me to try these and I was very pleasantly surprised. My first run in them was around 10 miles in the rain and they performed beautifully. They were a very comfortable fit and one of my favorite features is the way the lugs on the bottom self-cleaned effortlessly in wet muddy conditions. The cascadia also provides a pretty cushy ride for a trail shoe and it has a comfortable toe box that is roomy enough to accommodate my rather wide forefoot. Altogether, a great pair of trail shoes that I would buy again!

This shoe is even better then the Cascadia 4! I love the way it cradles my foot- and so comfortable. I am looking forward to many miles on this shoe. I highly recommend it!
