Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Men's):
This shoe has performed in both dry and wet conditions with flying colors. I am very confident on trails in this shoe. The aggressive tread makes it my go-to shoe if there is a chance of rain. Despite being a trail shoe, it offers a very cush ride and I have even done a little road in it as well.

Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Men's):
Model: Cascadia (5)
Shoe Type: Neutral Trail Shoe
Sizing: I size up a half size in the Cascadia

Overall Summary: The best all around trail shoe I have ever worn. I have run short 5 mile trail races all the way to 100 mile runs my Cascadias. They are well constructed, offer great traction and have a stiff sole to prevent stone bruises. This shoe is comfortable enough to even run in it on the road. I have well over 350 miles on mine and they are still going strong. I highly recommend them.

Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Men's):
This is an excellent shoe. It has the feel and ride of a road shoe, but all the elements of a trail shoe - super sticky tread, durable, good on mixed terrain, and comfortable.

Comments about Brooks Cascadia 5 Trail Running Shoe (Men's):
Been running in this shoe for only a week, but have run interval repeats, trails and a 20 miler on pavement/sidewalks (50-60 miles). This shoe has been the best trail shoe I have worn yet. It is comfortable, neutral, not heavy like normal trail shoes and allows for a very natural stride. I was worried to take it on the roads, but it only showed mild wear and tear from the hard surfaces. I highly recommend this shoe.
