These make such a huge difference while hiking. During the up hills they allow me to have the energy to get up them. During the down hills they take the impact off of my knees. Also, they are great for stream crossings or super rocky areas for stability. The handles and straps are very comfortable and the flick locks make them super easy to adjust and hold in place well. I never want to be with out them, even on day hikes!

I used the poles on a pretty rugged Hike that consists of a 2.5 mile uphill section composed of hard packed soil and shale. They are such a great hiking tool for anyone. They help out on both the uphill and downhill sections and are extremely easy to adjust. A must have for the outdoor enthusiast!!
