The Black Diamond Bullet Pack is a highly durable, lightweight pack that is designed for taking up multi-pitch routes to stow your extra gear, water, food and descent shoes. Because of its 420d nylon and 1260 Ballistics fabrics, this pack can take all sorts of scraping, knocking and hauling that it needs to do when ascending a long route.
The Bullet is also a great pack for off-trail hikes and adventure scrambling, with a webbing waistbelt, slightly padded shoulder straps, a front slash pocket for immediate necessities, and hydration compatibility for the ultimate daypack.
With a front panel loader, you don't have to spend your time digging in your pack for that bar, or gear. This is one of the best packs to get if you are going to spend time in the Sierras, or the Winds doing long routes, and a bigger pack is just too much.

I originally got this pack to take out bouldering and sport climbing. Over the past couple of years, it has become my day pack as well as my mountain biking pack. It has plenty of room for a bladder, pump, tubes, tools, phone, keys, snacks, etc. The best feature to me is the durability of the fabric. It takes a beating and just keeps lasting.

I needed a very lightweight but durable pack to carry in my luggage to Europe - which I could then use on day trips for water, raingear, reading material, maps, etc. This pack is perfect. It is very comfortable under load and I do not use the waist belt at all.
