This is my Second most favorite meal by Backpackers Pantry!! I just love the spicy taste after hiking all day or just for lunch while dayhiking. The spices are just the rigth blend. Not too hot, not to bland! It has great texture and I like the rice for a good carb intake after hiking all day here in Colorado. BIG BANG FOR THE BUCK.
