The Beta AR Jacket by Arc'Teryx is an incredibly waterproof, and breathable jacket made with Gore-Tex Pro Shell that offers awesome protection from rain, harsh snows and intense winds.  Built and designed for the rigors of alpine climbing with tiny Gore seam tape on the lines and WaterTight front, pit and pocket zips for extra protection. 

Not to mention its one hand pull cords, helmet compatible Drop Hood, and reinforced shoulders and elbows for those high abrasion areas during climbing. A highly durable, and protective shell for all sorts of outdoor  endeavors.
